About the platform
HouseWinner is a prize-competition platform where participants can win real-estate properties or a cash alternative. The platform is operated by HouseWinner SRL.
Eligibility
Open to people aged 18 or over, resident in the eligible countries listed in the rules. People involved in running the competitions may not participate.
Entry and tickets
Each competition has a fixed number of tickets and a qualifying question. Tickets can be obtained for a fee or for free via the postal method described on the dedicated page, both routes carrying equal chances.
Winner selection
The winner is selected through an independently verifiable process (Random.org), presented during a live event. The result is final.
Prizes and handover
The prize is handed over as described on the competition page. Where available, the winner may choose the cash alternative.
Changes
The operator may update these terms. The version that applies is the one published at the time of entry.
